I was in for my maintenance service appt. I think everything that was necessary after my first year of driving and 2200 miles was done. Fluids seem fine, tires rotated, but not quite filled the same. I can manage that on my own. I did make a request to clean tape residue off my windshield from the sale sticker, because I've been unable to get the 2 stripes off. He said he'd take care of it, but he must have forgotten.

It cost me $140 to get the same information Oreillys already gave me.Charging customers who have purchased a vehicle from you is ridiculous. Im done using your business, and will never buy another car with you again.

They got me in right away and gave me a loaner car while my car was getting fixed and they were quick in getting it fixed and dealing with my extended warranty department

I traded a 2013 vehicle for a new 2026 Equinox. Alex, my sales rep did a wonderful job. It took only a few days to locate exactly what I wanted. My new car is so advanced it is taking some time to figure out most of electronics. My only want would be a good old fashioned owners manual to hold in my hand while I figure things out. It’s a beautiful and smooth driving car. My husband and I are planning to “see the USA in our Chevrolet” now we are retired!
